How A Micro Wedding Works

A micro wedding at Fortitude Farms and Events is experiencing your special day with all the amenities that we offer in our full weekend package, on a Sunday for a fraction of the cost. This option provides you a full day, 10a-11p, with a rehearsal on the Thursday prior to your event. 

What's Included

Grounds

  • Clean and welcoming space

    • Clubhouse, patio, tent and surrounding grounds

  • Groomed and manicured lawn and landscape

  • Large lit up parking area

  • Parking lot located next to the clubhouse for vendors, handicap and elderly

  • Manned, crew cab Ranger to assist handicap and elderly to and from vehicles, ceremony site and reception area

  • Workers to direct traffic, monitor the grounds and help out when needed

  • Lighted path leading to the parking area

  • Clean porta potties for overflow

  • Yard games (corn hole & giant Jenga)

Patio

  • Large concrete area outside of the clubhouse and connects to the tent space

  • Well lit with bistro lights

  • Clean and debris free

  • Multiple sets of outdoor furniture (can be moved)

  • Gas fire pits

Clubhouse

  • Large bar area

  • Heat & A/C

  • WiFi

  • Bluetooth sound system

  • Stocked & clean restrooms

    • Woman’s bathroom stocked with night-of necessities (hair spray, tampons..etc)

  • Open floor space 

  • Cocktail tables (6)

  • Access to bridal suite

Reception

  • Chairs and tables will be set up to the discussed floor plan. If the floor plan is not finalized, the tables and chairs will be under the tent ready for you to set up

  • Staff to check and empty trash receptacles 

  • Staff to monitor, patrol and direct as needed

  • Bartender(s)

  • Stocked bar with purchased package of drink choices

  • Crew Cab Ranger to transport elderly/handicap

Rehearsal Night

  • Clubhouse & patio

  • Tent space with chairs and tables already set up according to tent floor plans/options agreed on prior 

  • Ceremony site set up with chairs and arch

  • Bartender available for cash bar, option for open bar/one tab

Photography Sites

  • Old truck

  • Swing

Tent Space

  • 40’ x 80’ & 20’ x 20’ on concrete

  • Electrical outlets around the entire concrete slab + one in the middle of the slab

  • Clean and debris free 

  • 36 tables (8’ rectangles) and 280 chairs (white elegant folding chairs)

  • Bistro lighting around the parameter and across the peaks

  • Trash receptacles 

  • Propane heaters (5)

  • Fans 

  • Side walls with windows

Ceremony Site

  • Groomed lawn

  • Up to 250 white elegant folding chairs for the ceremony site, already set up prior to rehearsal.

  • Multiple options of arches or you may bring your own

  • If it rains, the ceremony will take place under the tent

Grooms Saloon

  • Outbuilding near ceremony site

  • Old and rustic feel

  • Bluetooth sound system

  • Space for groomsmen to get ready

  • Large full body mirror

  • Garment hanging system

  • Outdoor space with spools 

  • Fridge stocked with drink of choice day of (outside alcohol not permitted

Bridal Suite

  • 3  large lit mirrors (2 large & 1 extra large) with warm and cool light options

  • Large covered porch with lounge furniture and a dining table

  • Spacious for bridal party

Ceremony

  • Chairs will be set up upon arrival for rehearsal night. Any adjustments will be taken care of and ready for ceremony 

  • Arch of your choice will be set up and in place upon arrival for rehearsal night

  • Crew Cab Ranger to transport elderly/handicap 

Bar

  • Purchase of bar packages required 

    • Beer, wine and liquor options

    • Non-alcoholic options included in alcohol package
